Actual Text:	Gloucestershire to be sold by private contract The following freehold premises, as under, viz – a very good dwelling house, recently built, and in excellent repair, situate in the parish of Fretherne, in this county, and in the occupation of Mr Thomas Harris, who has had notice to quit at Lady Day next, consisting of a parlour, kitchen, and back garden, with pantries, three good bed chambers, and garrets over. A Malt House adjoining, also recently built, and capable of working at least eight quarters of Barley a week, well supplied with good water, and kilns and fixtures of the best qualities. Also, a newly built stable, for four horses, barn, and drink house adjoining, and all other useful and necessary sheds and outbuildings, and a well cultivated garden. Also, three enclosures of orcharding and pastureland, part immediately adjoining, and the residue contiguous to the house, containing together upwards of 7 acres. Together also with five beast pastures, in the meadow called Saul’s Worth, consisting in point of value equal to 5 acres of pasture land. The malt house is in the occupation of the proprietor, and all the other premises of the said Thomas Harris. The local situation is altogether desirable for a Maltster, Baker or Corn dealer, being in the centre of a very populous neighbourhood, in the midst of as good roads as any in the kingdom, and within a quarter of a mile of the Stroud water canal, by means of which and of the river Severn it has a communication with the Bristol, Gloucester, and Stroud markets, and is well supplied with coals. Distant from Frampton upon Seven about a quarter of a mile, from Framilode Passage 1 mile, from Newnham Passage 3 miles and from Gloucester 10 miles, Stroud 8 miles, and Dursley 8 miles, three good market towns. The whole of the premises are situated in the parish of Fretherne. For a view of the premises, apply to the proprietor, Mr Thomas Watts; and to treat for the same to Mr Bloxsome, solicitor, Dursley.
