24 April 1830
On which day appeared personally Ann Jones and alleged that Thomas Harris late of the parish of Newent in the county and diocese of Gloucester, victualler, lately died intestate and that the said Ann Jones was and is the lawful burden of the said deceased.
Therefore she prayed administration of all and singular the goods, chattels & credits of the said deceased might be granted and committed to her for giving such good and sufficient security as in this behalf is required and so forth.
