    Text By laws and regulations to be observed and adhered to as per agreement between Erskine Piper and Alfred Piper signed this 15th day of August 1887
    First. All affairs and matters connected with or appertaining to the housekeeping department of the said business to be conducted as before and previous to the above date, the management and such matters and affairs to be wholly and solely under the direction and in the disposal of Erskine Piper, his wife or any suitable person appointed by them.
    Second. That should Alfred Piper live apart and in any house or lodgings not connected with the business, his wife, housekeeper or any persons staying with or employed by him shall not be required to take any part or share in the conducting of the said business unless by mutual consent of all parties concerned.
    Third. All minor matters in anyway connected with the business and not mentioned or referred to in the said agreement shall be conducted, carried out and disposed of as hithertofore.
    Any fresh rule or regulation that shall be deemed necessary and mutually agreed upon to be added to this list and strictly adhered to by all parties concerned.
