Further to our Mr. Farmers call yesterday we write to confirm and thank you for your instructions to place this property on our books for Sale, at a quoted price of £9000 for the Freehold to include the Goodwill, School Furniture and Equipment.
We are immediately preparing particulars which we are placing before the several applicants and likely purchasers on our Register.
The scale of commission payable by you in the event of our negotiating a sale, or introducing a person able, ready and willing to purchase your property, will be that as laid down by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and kindred professional bodies, as set out in the attached brochure.
Should our terms of Agency not be entirely clear, please let us know.
Concerning the land adjoining the Main School Building to the east we shall be pleased to make Application to the Local Planning Authority for the development of this land.
May we have your further instructions on this matter please.
Should you decide to instruct us on these lines we should make no charge for the work done but in the event of Planning Permission being granted then we should like to be appointed your Sole Agents for a period of three months.
